Our Head Chef & Owner
Hi, I’m the owner of Minnie Warung, and I’ve been in the business world since I was just 12 years old. I’ve always been fiercely independent and driven, and that drive has taken me on quite the journey. Before opening this restaurant, I had a successful career in the travel industry, taking clients on hikes and adventure trips. However, after getting pregnant, I had to step back from the physically demanding aspect of the job.
That’s when I pivoted to my true passion – food. I opened my first restaurant and it quickly became a hit. Before I knew it, I was opening my second location in Seminyak. I love every aspect of this business, from interacting with guests to managing my staff. Speaking of my staff, I’m proud to say that our team has grown to over 45 members, and we’re always looking for ways to expand and improve.
