Our story begins in a small village in Sidemen, where a passion for cooking blossomed amidst the beauty of nature and the abundance of fresh, organic produce. Cooking has been a part of my life since the age of 7, inspired by my parents and the vibrant flavors of my hometown. By 12, I had already pioneered my first business—a small stall delivering home-cooked meals to the local market at dawn.

Over the years, I’ve explored various ventures, from property and transportation to running my own businesses in incense making and producing towels and bed sheets for hotels and households. Yet, my heart always led me back to the culinary world.

In 2015, I opened the first Vietnamese Minnie Warung, blending the authentic flavors of Vietnamese and Indonesian cuisine. By the end of 2016, our journey expanded with a second branch in Seminyak. Starting small, our growth has been a step-by-step labor of love, and today we are proud to serve you at our location on Jl. Kartika Plaza – Kuta, Bali.

At Vietnamese Minnie Warung, everything is made fresh from scratch, using organic ingredients that honor the natural flavors I grew up with. Our motto, “Eat, Love, and Pray,” reflects our belief in the power of food to nourish not just the body but also the soul.
